Waiting times at our Emergency Departments (A&E) are much longer than usual.

In the interest of staff and patient safety we have made the decision to close our main surgery in Thurso.
Our clinical staff will be working remotely this afternoon offering telephone appointments. If you require an urgent appointment please call your surgery on 01847 893154, your call will be triaged as appropriate.
You are able to contact us as normal within the hours of 8am - 6pm.

Halkirk patients - please allow extra time for your medication to be prepared, we have not received any drug deliveries, this is outwith our control.

Blood Pressure Monitors – Return Request

We kindly ask any patients who have been loaned a home blood pressure monitor by the practice to please return it at your earliest convenience.

These monitors are needed for ongoing clinical use and to support other patients. If you wish to continue monitoring your blood pressure at home, we recommend purchasing your own device, which allows you to check readings regularly and at your convenience.
