Phone calls -
This is our busiest time of year and the elves are up to their eyes in prescriptions. Today they are finding that they are having to stop work to answer the phone rather a lot.
*** Please avoid calling to see if your prescription is ready ***
Your prescription will be ready 4 days after your request- no need to phone to check, or you will receive a text when it is ready to collect if you are signed up for our text service.
We are only closed for 2 days over Christmas, there is no need to panic.

We are pleased to announce that we no longer close for lunch and that both Sutherland's & Williamson's Pharmacies are now open all day Monday to Saturday 9am to 5.30pm.

WILLIAMSON'S PHARMACY is OPEN!!

We'd like to thank customers for their patience over the last 12 weeks whilst we refitted Williamson's.

They are now open again, so all Williamson's patients should collect their prescriptions from there.

CALLING ALL WILLIAMSON'S PHARMACY CUSTOMERS!

While we are still refitting our pharmacy, customers are reminded to collect their prescriptions from our collection point inside Sutherland's Pharmacy.

If you wish to hand a prescription in for dispensing, you can do this at the "Williamson's collection point" in Sutherland's Pharmacy, as long as you can give us a couple of hours to prepare it for you.

Alternatively you can hand your prescription to the Sutherland's team if you need it urgently. Please be aware that it may take 10-15minutes due to the additional workload.
