I had a fabulous weekend down in Bristol learning more about feet and the importance of foot health and balance from The Foot Collective.

This was our 2nd brain scan study of EFT - focussed on the changes for chronic pain patients after a 6 week (12 hour) EFT program.

I am planning for more research in this area in 2026!
