Today was the day 🥳💪 not as far as a lot of people would have done in 5 and a half hours, but I think I done pretty good to say I stupidly done next to no training 🤦🏼‍♀️ my knees, feet and calves are definitely paying for it though now 😩😂

In just over 3 weeks Rebecca will be completing as many 5.79km laps around Sherwood pines as possible within 6 hours. This is being done in memory for Peanut and Amelia Rose 👼 who were both sadly miscarried. All money raised is going towards the Miscarriage Association. This charity is one so close to my heart.

⛔️ CANCELLATION POLICY ⛔️

Due to a never ending waiting list and multiple last minute cancellations during the month of December a cancellation policy is now in place.

24 hours notice must be given for a cancellation or changing of an appointment.

Failure to give 24 hours notice will result in the full payment being required.

By booking an appointment you agree to this cancellation policy.

Unfortunately due to a family funeral I will have to rearrange all of my appointments on Thursday 3rd of November.
