To celebrate 2o22 Mabon (Autumn Equinox) I have choosen to offer full day retreat, THE FIELD OF DREAMS!
This is an interactive workshop that will take participants on a journey to the core of the Creation process.

*We begin the day at 10 am with a warm welcome and a Cacao Ceremony to open our hearts and raise our vibrations.
The Equinox Altar
*We will gather around the Equinox festival Altar to offer our flowers to bless the season and offer thanks to mother nature for all she has provided for us.
*Morning Auric Field Energy Cleanse
Working with a partner, we will use either:
Smudge
Ritual Handmade Incense
Palo Santo Incense
to cleanse our Auric Field
*Morning Breathwork session
A 15-minute group Chakra Breathwork session (my method) charges and revitalises the energy centres.
*1st Guided Auric Journey Meditation
*Break for a healthy vegan lunch (included in the ticket fee)
*Early afternoon Breathwork and Gentle Movement session to refocus our attention and aid digestion
*The Auric Field
A breakdown of the mechanics of the HUMAN AURA and its place in the Co-Creative process
*Group Auric Energy session
Time to grab a Crystal Dowser and practice dowsing our partners Auric Field. A super opportunity to feel into the energy of our Aura.
*Your Auric Field Guided Meditation
Time to learn how your Aura is creating your life, impacting your health, relationships, wealth, career, social life, family and wellbeing.
This short meditation will take you on a journey to feel the dominant
level of vibration in your Auric Field.

*Group Heart/Brain Coherence session
When we marry the energy of the Heart and the Brain, we learn to cultivate sovereignty over our Emotions, Thoughts, Beliefs and Auric Field.
