This lovely patient came to me with concerns about her under-eye bags (malar bags/festoons). After a busy period of caring for others, she wanted to do something for herself — to feel refreshed and more confident. ✨

During her consultation, we explored all treatment options. I always make sure to cover all options, including surgery (even if it’s not something I offer myself). In this case, she wasn’t ready to consider surgery, so we decided on dermal filler.

Choosing the right filler is essential in this delicate area. Strategic placement helped to restore some volume in the mid cheek and smooth the transition making the bags less noticeable.

This approach isn’t suitable for everyone, which is why I always recommend a consultation. Together, we can assess your unique facial anatomy and discuss the best way to achieve the most natural, balanced and beautiful results.

This lovely patient came to me following her weight-loss journey. Whilst she felt a lot more confident with her body, she felt like her face looked aged and tired due to loss of facial volume.

With strategically placed dermal filler, we restored lost volume and smoothed lines, creating a fresher, softer look—still completely natural as always.
(Photos taken immediately post treatment so some mild redness is present which is normal).

We had previously done some wrinkle relaxing treatment in the upper face and some polynucleotides on the neck to help improve skin quality.

Like everything else when it comes to planning a wedding, I advise booking a consultation well in advance (ideally 12months +). This allows us to formulate a timely plan to ensure you are glowing with confidence on your special day 💒

Here’s what I may recommend as part of a bridal treatment plan:
☀️Skincare - Real results from skincare don’t happen overnight, they come with time and consistency so the sooner we can create a bespoke plan the better.
☀️Toxin - Recommend doing 4-6 weeks before the big day. Ideal if you can try it out 4-6months before.
☀️Fillers - Subtle tweaks should ideally be done at least 2 months before.
☀️Microneedling (with exosomes) - The sooner you start the better the results.
☀️Polynucleotides - Ideally start the course 6 months before.

One of the most common things I hear from brides is “I still want to look like me”, and that’s exactly how it should be!
