As the season picks up we will be adding more classes and sauna sessions to our schedule so keep an eye out
Also delighted to say Kate Gray is joining our tiny team and will be running classes on Wednesday mornings at 10am starting next week ❤️

We are running another late night sauna and veggie BBQ on 13th of June at 7.30 pm

And on the 29th of July we are collaborating with Dan the Merman to offer a swim coaching session, sauna, snacks and restorative yoga from 10am - 1.30pm
