Get the benefits of turmeric by whizzing together some delicious ingredients into a delicious latte. You will need 350 ml dairy free milk of your choice, 1/4 tsp ground turmeric, 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon, 1/4 tsp ground ginger, 1/2 tsp vanilla extract or Scoffalicious Vanilla to taste for a protein boost, 1tsp maple syrup and a grind of black pepper.
