I still get moments like this.

When you're not quite sure you'll make it.
Where there's a split second of doubt.

That doesn't go away, you just get better at dealing with it.

This is the part most people don't see.

They think you need confidence first. Or to be "fit enough" before you try things like this.

You don't

You build it by showing up and having a go, even when you're unsure or that nagging doubt is cast in your mind that " You can't do this, who are you kidding ."

That's how most of our members thought when they attended their first training session too.

Not confident.
Not perfect.
Just willing to just give it a go and that's enough.

𝗦𝗮𝗺𝗲 𝗳𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗹𝘆. 𝗗𝗶𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗲𝘀. 𝗢𝗻𝗲 𝗯𝗿𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗱𝗮𝘆 🙌

On Saturday, both daughters took on their own HYBRID NW doubles race before Mum and Dad stepped up shortly after in the mixed doubles event.

That meant 9 runs, 9 workouts and a sprint finish for all of them... So no small task.

The two sisters had only done one session beforehand to go through movement standards and race rules, so I know there would've been some nerves going into it.

But they got settled in and handled it brilliantly and gave everything they had.

Not long after, Mum and Dad were up for their own race and they also did brilliant. They worked hard and kept each other going.

From a coach standpoint watching all four of them take on this task was great to see.

This is the type of environment I've always set out to create. An environment for anyone who wants to get fit, push themselves out of their comfort zone and truly see what they are capable of achieving.

Massive well done to all four of you. Super proud and let's hit Manchester in September 😬.

Most people don't need a fresh start.

They need to stop repeating habits that keep putting them back to square one.

Skipping meals then overeating at night.

Doing nothing for weeks then turn up to the gym and smash 6 workouts in one week.

Being "good" Monday to Friday...
Then completely writing it off at the weekend.

That cycle is exhausting and it's why so many people feel stuck.

Getting back in to shape does not need to be extreme.

It should look more like:

Training 2-4 times a week.
Eating well most of the time.
Getting stronger gradually.
Building habits that fit around YOUR real life.

That's how confidence comes back.
How energy improves.
Results that actually last.

Stop trying to restart.

Think and build something sustainable.

𝗦𝘁𝗼𝗽 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘆

" I'll start Monday".

Most people have said it.

After a weekend of overeating.
Missing workouts.
After feeling frustrated with themselves.

Then Monday comes and then...

Skip breakfast.
Eat less.
Train hard every day.
Promise this week will be different.

By Thursday no energy levels and crashing because they are so hungry due to extreme calorie deficits.

Then the cycle starts again.

Now you don't need more motivation or to be stricter with your diet or even increase your workouts.

You need a plan that is REPEATABLE.

A few structured workouts with progressive not excessive overload.

Food choices that are going to keep you fuller for longer and help with energy imbalance.

An overall plan that can be consistent no matter what life throws at you.

That's what gets long term results.

That's exactly what we help people do here every week.

We train normal people who decided enough is enough and started showing up consistently.

That's where progress has started for Steve in this picture and many more of our members.
