Balance The Countryside Gym is a unique and personal gym and studio perched on a hill set in the beautiful countryside just outside of Bath. We offer a range of classes to suite everyone including Kettles, Circuits, Pilates, Yoga, Boxe

rcise, Gentle Exercise, Salsa and Bounce! We are about as far removed as you can get from a busy city gym & everyone is welcome!

Balance, The Countryside Gym, lies on the outskirts of the beautiful village of Timsbury, just outside of Bath. We promote healthy living and well-being, offering nutritional advice and tailored exercise plans to suit your lifestyle and needs. We offer a variety of small classes for all ages and fitness levels from Ciruits, Body conditioning, HIIT, Boxercise, Pilates and Yoga to our new Barre Concept Class where you can even bring your baby!
