Dear Patients,

We regret to inform you that our surgery was broken into during the early hours of this morning. Despite this incident, we remain open today and are committed to continuing to care for you. We kindly ask for your patience and understanding as our staff manage the challenges resulting from this situation.

Unfortunately, items were taken during the break-in, including prescription medications. This has particularly affected patients with surnames beginning with the letters M–Z. If you are waiting to collect a prescription and your surname falls within this range, our dispensary team may need to reissue your prescription and reorder the items.

We understand this is an inconvenience and sincerely apologise. Please be assured that our dispensary team is working extremely hard to resolve this backlog as quickly as possible.

We apologise for the short notice, but Dr. Dewar will be taking an unplanned leave of absence starting Monday, 19th May. Due to unforeseen circumstances, we anticipate that Dr. Dewar will be away for approximately 4 to 6 weeks.

We want to reassure you that your care will continue seamlessly during Dr. Dewar’s absence. Our team of four experienced GPs, along with our friendly and capable locum doctors, will be available to support you.
