I always add some scalp work into my treatments shiatsu points and fascia holds can release the whole being.

Im Sarah i haven't introduced myself for a while so here is a bit about me:
Over a decade ago I retrained as a Swedish massage therapist after years of backbreaking work as a garden landscaper. I have always been passionate about looking after our bodies, and I have been lucky enough to study under some renowned tutors in the healing world and mentors who have guided me to deepen my knowledge of the body and mind to heal deeper than just working on the bodies knots. When you come to see me, i listen to your needs and tune into your body to use the techniques which best suit your needs to heal you in the best way possible.
