Who’s joining me this month for a 24-day Self-Care & Sharing Advent? ✨

Here are a few gentle prompts to help us pause, breathe, and nourish our wellbeing during what can be a busy — and sometimes overwhelming — time of year.
Feel free to follow them in order, choose at random, or even swap a few to suit your own needs. What matters most is taking a moment each day to show yourself some love, or to share a little kindness with others — without the pressure of mass consumerism.

I’m doing it… and I’d love you to join me. 💛

Day 1 — Set Your Intention

Write one sentence that captures how you want to feel this month. Calm, connected, grounded, joyful?

Day 2 — Morning Stretch Ritual

Begin the day with 3 minutes of slow stretching or a mindful yawn-and-reach.

Day 3 — Hydration Reset

Add lemon, mint or berries to your water and aim to sip mindfully throughout the day.

Day 4 — Declutter One Thing

Choose one drawer, shelf or app and let go of something that’s been taking up space.

Day 5 — Mini Meditation

Five minutes of stillness. Focus on your breath dropping lower into your body.

Day 6 — Share a Compliment

Offer a sincere compliment to someone—it lifts you both.

Day 7 — Nourish Your Skin

Self-massage with oil or moisturiser; slow, circular movements.

Day 8 — Gratitude List

Write down three things that are going well for you today.

Day 9 — Fresh Air Reset

Take a 10-minute outside walk, even if it’s chilly. Notice colour, sound and movement.

Day 10 — Digital Sunset

Turn off screens 1 hour before bed. Candlelight, soft lighting, or just quiet.

Day 11 — Share Something Helpful

Send a kind message, a tip, or a resource to someone who might need it.

Day 12 — Aromatherapy Moment

Diffuse or dab calming oils (lavender, bergamot, eucalyptus).
Or simply breathe in something that smells comforting.

Day 13 — Heart-Opening Stretch

Chest-opening pose or gentle backbend to invite more breath.

Day 14 — Drink Something Warm

A Slow Cup Ritual—tea, cacao, broth. Hold it, smell it, sip it gently.

Day 15 — Creative Pause

Doodle, write a sentence, bake something small, arrange flowers—anything simple.

Day 16 — Tension Release

Do a 60-second body scan and soften your jaw, shoulders, belly.

Day 17 — Share Your Story

Post or tell someone something that helped you recently so they feel less alone.

Day 18 — Mindful Eating Moment

Choose one meal or snack and eat it slowly without distraction.

Day 19 — Warm Feet Ritual

Foot soak, warm socks, or a little foot massage before bed.

Day 20 — Laugh or Smile Prompt

Watch or read something light-hearted. Share it with someone.

Day 21 — Declutter Your Mind

Write down three things you can release—worries, tasks, or expectations.

Day 22 — Connection Check-In

Call or message someone you’ve been meaning to reach out to.

Day 23 — Prepare a Space

Tidy or cosy-up a corner: a candle, a blanket, a book—your mini sanctuary.

Day 24 — Self-Compassion Gift

Write yourself a kind letter or note.
Reflect on what you managed, learned, and held this year.
Seal it or keep it somewhere special.
