25 years as a massage therapist, 18 years as a homeopath and women still don’t believe me when I tell them these four things….
1. Don’t be the last person on your list
Women have many roles, and multi task all day long. They always have a list of things to do and are juggling lots of plates at the same time. Always putting others first. When this happens burn out and melt downs can occur. STOP. Put yourself higher up the list - I promise you, you and your family will thank me for it.
2. That nightly sweating and the increase in anxiety is not the new norm.
Don’t just live with peri & menopausal symptom’s. Brain fog and feeling not yourself is not your new norm. Hormonal imbalances can be helped and treated with homeopathy. If you don’t want to go down the conventional route just yet, try something more natural that will help balance your pesky hormones and feel more you.
3. Your muscles and fascia holds memories.
As a woman your body goes through changes every month and if you’ve had pregnancies these can leave lasting effects we just live with because we’ve done amazing things but sometimes we need to address these. Stress shows up physically more than you think.
Tight shoulders, headaches, jaw tension, poor sleep - these are often stress patterns, not just symptoms you should just live with and sometimes these physicals are because of some buried mentals. Sometimes it is about giving the body enough safety to finally let go.
4. You should talk about how you feel.
Don’t bury your thoughts because you feel you are being silly or hormonal. All your fears and worries are not just yours - women all over the world will be having the same thoughts and feelings and worries and fears. By opening up and vocalising those worries in a safe and confidential environment will help you normalise them and make you start feeling heard and valued.
If you’re nodding to these then it’s time to do something about it. Message me and let me help you feel more like the woman you want to be before life got in the way.
I spent years learning and experiencing - My father was a great homeopath and healer and was my teacher. Let me help you.
Love, Mehi x
