I delivered a 2-hour seminar to an element of the UK Special Forces on Tuesday evening.

We covered stress theory, some psychological skills practices and some sleep stuff.

It was really well received. Lots of note taking, questions, good in-depth chat and excellent feedback.

They're really diligent blokes and highly motivated to improve their performance.

Although it was no surprise, we talked mostly about the stresses and strains of everyday life.

In my last post I mentioned how you don't need to be an SF Operator to benefit from our course. It's applicable to so many professions and walks of life.

I took a SOCIAL MEDIA BREAK that lasted a little longer than intended (about 5 months longer in fact). I’m not going to lie…it’s been great!

I was hating trying to find content for the sake of a post, and trying to guess algorithms etc.
•
So to confirm, I am still very much operating (although not loads of spaces for new clients) but please do ask if you are waiting to book in!

I am also open for more days during the week now, so hopefully time slots to suit all!!

A tray of fake snow (baking powder and hair conditioner) and our daughter is still in the empty bath playing with it an hour later!
The empty bath is definitely the place for messy play on a rainy day, so that you can hose them down afterwards!!
