👩🍳 Chef Wanted – Join Our Friendly Care Home Team👨🍳
We’re looking for a Chef to join our warm and welcoming team — and this isn’t your typical kitchen role.
At Castle Grove, our chefs work side by side, sharing responsibility and supporting each other. When you’re on shift, you’ll run the kitchen — but you’ll always be part of a team that’s got your back.

👩🍳 What you’ll be doing:
• Cooking fresh, nutritious meals our residents love
• Running the kitchen during your shift
• Working with care staff on dietary needs
• Helping plan menus and special events
• Keeping standards high (hygiene, safety, organisation)
🙌 We’re looking for someone who:
• Has chef/cook experience
• Is organised and reliable
• Enjoys working as part of a team
• Cares about making a difference through food
• Enjoys using fresh seasonal produce - we have a brilliant kitchen garden and a flourishing orchard.
