As a trained and Insured ITEC Level 3 Diploma Clinical Reflexology Therapist and Massage Therapist, I have experience supporting women with symptoms of menopause and people with long term illness. Reflexology is a non invasive zonal pressure therapy that involves massage to the hands or feet, stimulating reflex points to relax, re balance and re connect your body systems. Massage helps to relax tired muscles and stimulate the circulation and I am trained in a variety of relaxing massage techniques (please note I am NOT trained in sports or deep tissue massage). A bit about me.....

Qualified and fully insured ITEC Diploma Level 3 Reflexology and Massage Therapist, I offer Clinical Reflexology treatments, Body Massage (Swedish), Manual Lymphatic Drainage Massage as well as relaxing Indian Head Massage, Oriental Face Massage, Thai Foot Massage and Japanese Hand Massage.

I am available for appointments on Mondays and Saturday mornings at my treatment room in Witheridge or you can also book me at Five Cedars Health & Beauty Salon in Tiverton, Unfortunately I am not offering a mobile service at this time.

If you are looking for a beneficial treatment for a friend or relative with a life limiting illness or dementia, I have training and experience in these areas, working as a part-time therapist with Hospiscare in Mid Devon, plus an advanced DBS clearance and training in first aid.
