Firstly, massive thanks to every client that has either come to me for treatment or invited me into their space to receive treatment 🙏. I am, as ever, truly honoured to be chosen to treat your pains and ease your stresses.
🐍2025 was an amazing year for my business. The first full year I have not had another job alongside my massage. Yes, sometimes self-employed life is a bit scary but overall, I'm thriving and loving my career, which is a blessing not everyone gets to be happy in their place of work, I'm grateful.
🐎 2026 I am kicking the off the year with big intentions, harnessing the power of that beautiful 🌕 full moon tonight and making a big change....

👋 I have been wanting to step away from Hannah Loveday Sparks as a business name for a while now. So here goes....
🤗 I will continue to be offering the same treatments, with more training on the cards to expand what I offer.
First up another, more in depth, Lymphatic course, because one course on this subject is deffo not enough. As with most modalities in bodywork it takes years of working with bodies and attending comprehensive training to fully understand the way we work. I love learning about what is going on inside our bodies and as the science is always changing, I will continue to keep learning and sharing that knowledge with my clients.
💷 I'll be changing my pricing structure when I launch my new website so keep an eye out for that in a few weeks’ time.
The name change will allow me to expand and grow my business and to more easily work alongside other amazing therapists. I'm super excited ❤️🔥❤️🔥.
