Job summary
Do you have a passion for bringing joy, connection, and purpose to the lives of older adults? We are looking for a dedicated Activities and Wellbeing Coordinator to join our team in the Staffordshire area.
What you’ll do:
• Plan, organise, and deliver engaging activities, events, and social programmes for people aged 65 and over.
• Encourage participation and adapt activities to meet a wide range of interests and abilities.
• Foster a warm, inclusive, and supportive environment for all participants.
• Work with families, volunteers, and community partners to expand opportunities for older adults.
About you:
• Friendly, energetic, and patient with excellent communication skills.
• Creative and resourceful in planning meaningful activities.
• Previous experience working with older adults (paid or voluntary) is desirable.
• Organised and reliable, with a genuine passion for improving wellbeing and reducing isolation.
