The new year is closing in! 🎉🎊

One of the most popular New Year’s resolutions is to lose weight and so we'll be seeing loads of new faces at the gym!
After a heavy week of eating, drinking and lounging around on the sofa, injury is more likely if you are heading to the gym for the new year!
