Etheric crystals are the pure frequencies of crystals They resonate with our energy centres, for example diamond helps open the crown to higher consciousness, amethyst resonates with and benefits the third eye, sunstone, the solar plexus, ruby, the base chakra.
It's a fantastic addition to my reiki practise and clients report feeling clear and balanced.

I'm loving the rose themed Face Yoga sessions. They are so powerful. But soon we will be beginning a new cycle of classes. The theme will be solar rejuvenation. We will work with Sun Reiki, with Solar Angels, and a radiant heart meditation to absorb more solar light, as well as learning facial exercise and massage techniques, use of self care tools and exploring natural rejuvenation and self care ritual.
I have a couple of spaces left. Message me for more details if interested.

It's so easy to make a cooling facial spritz for hot days. Save any old cosmetic spray bottles to fill with water and a few drops of your favourite essential oil. You can also let a cup of herbal tea cool down and fill your spray bottle with that.

Picked these beautiful geraniums and roses in the garden today. They'll grace the altar during tonight's Face Yoga session and then be left to dry out before being infused in apricot oil to create a low cost, highly luxurious beauty balm packed with anti oxidants, vitamin a and c and anti inflammatories, for glowing, dewy, youthful skin.

Last night's Face Yoga group created this beautiful wildflower altar. Someone said it reminded them of being a kid, creating spontaneously from nature. That's at the heart of the natural rejuvenation work I do, reconnection to the playful, joyous, childlike nature dwelling within us all, suppressed but still very much alive.
The reawakening of this eternal self is true rejuvenation.

We don't need any particular beliefs to engage in ceremony. It's a way to connect with the Earth, the cycles of nature and come together in celebration.
Ceremony is and always has been essential to human health and wellbeing.
