Happy Friday folks, it’s a cold one 🥶

If your shoulders have been feeling extra achey and tense because of the weather (or because of any reason!) I’m here to help.

Why not add a hot stones back massage to your treatment? For an extra £20 you can add a 15 min hot stones back massage- perfect to melt that muscle tension away 🩷

Wow- before we’d even had chance to advertise our spring retreat it has already sold out with previous attendees or friends they’ve recommended it too.

We thought we’d post the dates of our retreats for the rest of the year in case there’s any you’d like to reserve a spot on in advance as they are already half full with previous attendees!

So we have:

Summer- June 13th
Autumn- October 4th
Winter- December 27th

Also- if you ever have a big enough gang of people wanting to go (ie a big group of friends or colleagues or you’d like to treat your employees) please get in touch and we could build a bespoke retreat day for you 🩷

✨NEW MEMBERSHIP✨

I have been trying to figure out a way to have a membership which includes anything on the treatment menu and can have a fluctuating monthly cost and I’ve finally figured it out!

So- when you purchase the membership on Fresha, it’ll automatically charge you £20 per month. This is the base rate cost. Every month, when I see that your payment has arrived, I will message you to see which treatment you’d like and book you in.

On the day of your treatment, you pay the difference between the base rate (£20) and your chosen treatment with 10% discount applied.

This gives you the flexibility to have some months with longer, more costly treatments or sometimes having a shorter treatment if time/budget is stretched. The only thing not included will be already discounted treatments, such as monthly offers etc.

There will only be 10 of these memberships available so move quickly if you’re interested. A membership keeps you accountable to yourself, great to get those gentle resolutions rolling 🩷

As we enter the last day of 2025, I’d like to remind you that, amongst a sea of 2025 achievement posts, just getting to the end of the year in one piece is enough. You don’t have to be planning elaborate resolutions, you are enough just as you are.

If you are planning to make more time for yourself this coming year, why not treat yourself to a massage. Next week is more or less fully booked but the week beginning 12th January has more spaces available.

I hope however you spend your last day of 2025, you manage to find time to rest and be gentle with yourself.
