Hi folks, I'm Joe - a UKCP-Registered Relational Gestalt Psychotherapist offering sessions in the centre of Todmorden. I am LGBTQIA+-friendly, Poly/CNM-aware and kink-friendly. 🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️

I offer support with a wide variety of challenges and topics including relationships, anxiety, depression, alcohol / drug use, family dynamics, work and career challenges, creativity, s*x and s*xuality, gender dysphoria, transitioning and much more and I offer a free 50-minute first session so we can meet and see how we feel about working together. 🤝

I have lots of lived experience and I've had years of therapy myself and fully understand what a daunting (and sometimes exciting!) prospect it can be. Whatever you are facing in life and whatever you want to change I'm here to listen and support you without judgement. 🥰

Wow- before we’d even had chance to advertise our spring retreat it has already sold out with previous attendees or friends they’ve recommended it too.

We thought we’d post the dates of our retreats for the rest of the year in case there’s any you’d like to reserve a spot on in advance as they are already half full with previous attendees!

So we have:

Summer- June 13th
Autumn- October 4th
Winter- December 27th

Also- if you ever have a big enough gang of people wanting to go (ie a big group of friends or colleagues or you’d like to treat your employees) please get in touch and we could build a bespoke retreat day for you 🩷

What an incredible day we had yesterday at our stunning Winter Retreat!! 🥰

I feel so blessed and grateful to work my gorgeous & talented friends Beth Paramor Reeder & Angilina Stylianou to help coordinate such a wholesome, soul enriching beautiful day, which included mediation with cacao,
yoga with the lovely Rebecca Barnes,
a delicious healthy lunch feast made by the very talented Jack Paramor Reeder, followed by lots of fun designing our vision boards and goal setting for 2026 then we finished the day with a dreamy gong bath by the wonderful Steve!

It was a day to remember and cherish!🌻

We have 4 more dates for next year in Spring, Summer, Autumn & Winter which should be confirmed shortly and a mother (or dad) and daughter (or son) retreat in March.
