I can absolutely attest to the quality and effectivesness of Doterra oils , they are "next level" quality oils that I love to use not only for the benefit they bring to clients but also for the effect they have on me as the practitioner! As we age we lose muscle. In fact by the time we are 70 we have lost up to 30% of our muscle mass. This is one of the primary factors in looking and feeling old, tired and frail .

This January I am celebrating my 10 year (!!) Anniversary as a massage therapist. Its a physically demanding job and I'll never be a millionaire but I still love my it in large part thanks to my amazing, often inspirational clients some of whom have been with me since the beginning ( you know who you are 💚🙏)

So to celebrate and say thank you i will be knocking a fiver off a standard hour massage for the whole of January and February . So a 1 hour full body massage reduced from £35 to £30.
