📚 Happy World Book Day

Reading isn’t just a great way to escape into another world – it can also be good for your health and wellbeing.

Research shows that reading can help reduce stress, improve sleep, support brain health and boost your mood. Taking even a few minutes each day to read a book, magazine or audiobook can help you relax and switch off from the pressures of everyday life.

Reading regularly can also help keep your brain active as you get older and may support memory and concentration.

Whether it’s a novel, a biography, poetry or listening to an audiobook on your commute, today is a good reminder to make time for reading.

📖 What are you reading at the moment?

Got 2 minutes?

The NHS uses patient data to help plan services and improve care for communities — and it’s a topic many people have questions about.

This short survey is an opportunity for people to share what they know, how they feel, and what they’d like to understand better about how patient data is used.

It takes 2 minutes and is completely anonymous.
