I really love meditating and do not do it enough! This is one of my favorite people that does guided meditations. Pop in some earphones, dim the lights and either sit comfortably or relax lying down. I like to burn some incence. Not candles because you might fall asleep! And if you fall asleep it's OK as it will work while you sleep.

If your mind is busy in the beginning picture putting the thoughts into bubbles and push them away. It sounds silly but it helps!

My sessions are about 1 hour long and I can do them in the comfort of your home as I have a portable bed.

If you would prefer to have a session in my studio space this can also be arranged.
