Today I joined the lovely Georgia at her Mum & Baby strength class in Hadlow. I thought she had invited me along to chat to the mums about how I can help them and their babies and maybe get to cuddle a few too…..I should have known I’d be handed a weight and a mat and be expected to join in 🏋🏻‍♀️ good thing I wasn’t in jeans!

Highly recommend Georgia’s classes to new mums wanting to get their body back. Not just a chance to do something for yourself but also a really lovely group of mummies.

I spent this weekend learning new techniques to treat a woman’s pelvis from the amazing osteopath Manon Brunet and in the company of two other amazing osteopaths Poppy & Anna. Thank you ladies - feeling inspired!

It’s really important to keep a close check on any irregular moles or lesions that don’t just seem to heal.

I might get to see areas of your body that you don’t eg. your back or soles of your feet and will always let you know if I think there is a blemish that needs to be checked or kept an eye on.
