The surgery is currently affected by the burst water pipe and don’t have any water. Please contact 111 or A&E if you have an emergency.
We are currently rearranging any booked appts that require face to face review, otherwise you may receive a phone call instead

We would like to thank you all for your support following the launch of Anima.

We are fully understanding of the concern and anxiety that the new system will engender in some.

If patients are unable to complete an online form themselves, and don't have anyone that can do it for them, our reception team will talk patients through the forms and complete them whilst they are on the phone. Those that don't have digital means of receiving communications will be phoned to advise them of the outcome of their request. As the reception team are not taking calls to book appointments they will have more time to spend with the patients who really need support.

Vitamins and minerals are freely available to purchase at supermarkets, convenience stores and local pharmacy and do not require a prescription.

NHS toolkit for primary school children

This half-term, we are encouraging parents and carers to use the right health services for their children.

Parents can download the handy guide for five to 11-year-olds, which has useful information about health services, vaccinations, and mental health.

It also has information on medicines to keep at home and common childhood health issues, such as head lice, conjunctivitis, threadworm and strep A.

From today we ask that all medical and admin requests are submitted via Anima where they will then get triaged by a GP and directed to the best clinician to help you. Are dedicated reception team are still here to help you through this transition and are able to submit requests on behalf of patients who require assistance. Following our recent text message about our new online system Anima, please note that our reception team will still be on hand to support you through the transition. This new system allows your request to be triaged by a doctor who will signpost and book you with the most appropriate clinician/service available.

We are currently experiencing high call volumes about the message which is preventing patients who require help from getting through.

From tomorrow, you will no longer be able to phone or come into the surgery to book appointments or make administrative requests. You will be required to complete a short online questionnaire to allow us to assess your needs and ensure you are directed to the most suitable person to care for you. If you are unable to complete an Anima form online, please contact our reception team for support.
