We can offer our Youth Support Workers regular, on-going work placements within one setting, so travel time is minimised and our staff can focus on building relationships with the young people they are supporting. We can offer ad-hoc shifts for those needing flexibility, however if this option isn't for you we can also offer a fixed term placement so your shifts will be booked further in advance. You'll also have added benefit of being able to take part in specialist training courses at the service if you opt for a fixed term placement.

The Role/Requirements:

We are looking for caring and out-going individuals to support one of our many clients based on a beautiful campus in Lingfield, Surrey. You will be responsible for supporting children and young adults with epilepsy and other related conditions, helping them to fulfil their potential and get the most of life. You will be working within a team environment, so we are looking for Support Worker’s with a strong team ethic and the enthusiasm to interact and communicate with a range of young people.

Other requirements include:

Right to live and work in the UK
5 consecutive year’s worth of referencing (character references accepted if out of employment)
Level 1 training certificates in Maths & English (if you do not have these then we are able to accept other forms of training/qualifications)
Flexibility to work 40+ hours per week and the ability to commit to a mixture of early, late shifts and some weekends
