We do a lot of work with local businesses big & small but what remainder the same is long hours at a desk, whether you’re home-based or office-based.
Looking after your health and wellbeing makes a big difference to how you feel and perform.
Here are 3 simple tips to stay comfortable and productive:
✨1. Set up your workstation properly�Make sure your screen is at eye level, your chair supports your lower back, and your feet are flat on the floor. Small adjustments can prevent big aches!
✨2. Move more, sit less�Try to stand up and stretch every 30–60 minutes. A quick walk, shoulder roll or gentle stretch helps reduce stiffness and boosts concentration.
✨3. Look after your eyes�Follow the 20-20-20 rule – every 20 minutes, look at something 20 feet away for 20 seconds to reduce eye strain.
