❄️ Staying Safe on Ice & in Cold Weather ❄️

Slips and falls are one of the biggest causes of back, neck and wrist injuries when the temperature falls so here are a few simple tips can make a big difference:

✨Take short, slow steps – rushing increases strain and fall risk.

✨Keep your core gently engaged to support your spine.

✨Wear grippy footwear and avoid smooth soles.

✨Keep hands out of pockets to help with balance.

The cold weather can also tighten our muscles, so gentle movement and warming up before heading out can help protect your spine if you’re out in it for while.

After an amazing half marathon in sunny Valencia, we’re hitting the ground running here at the clinic with some exciting updates!

✨ Reminder that we’re thrilled to have two fantastic new clinicians join our team in Emily & Curtis, bringing even more expertise and care to our patients!

🕒 While I step back from clinical practice we’re actually extending adjusting hours which now INCLUDE SATURDAYS!

✨Prices are changing up in November but we are focused on continuing to deliver you the best care possible as well as offering payment plans that will still save you money as you focus on your health needs!
