Wow!!
I opened my first Slimming World group 18 years ago today in Delarue Hall , Tonbridge
I had just lost four stone , the kids were small and I was shy and nervous .
Skip those years and today the world looks different ,
Kids are grown up and left home and my one group has grown to currently 15 sessions a week spread over 4 towns .
There are many ways to lose weight out there but for me the freedom to eat my favourite foods , socialise and just be me gives me the passion and commitment to my members that I have .
I will always enjoy what I do, the beautiful people I meet along the way and the support and inspiration i hope I provide along the way with my own unique mix of nuttiness
