Basic Balance for this coming week
(a part of my work which I LOVE)

My life holds a value of truth and kindness. For me to be that energy in the world, I have to hold and nurture myself in that very essence.

I’ve created a business that gives structure to that, and it fits my life and me perfectly.

I don’t hold tightly to concepts such as life’s work, purpose or service, because my work isn’t tied up with my identity. It is intentionally separate from my personal life.

For me, that’s what makes it a neutral, kind and honest space.

It’s for those who enjoy gentler, quieter spaces… without leadership designed for one-size-fits-all guidance.

So in my work, you’ll sometimes find me here. I’m midway through creating a simple menu on my website to share what’s happening each week.

So many choices ✨ join, don’t join. Become a member if it feels valuable, or pop by on a pay-as-you-go basis.

This is what I love, and I absolutely love the company of those who also appreciate a quieter corner in life for a while.

The Void

The void of possibility.
The eye of the storm.

It can feel violent.
Uncontrollable.

And we can join that energy…
or we can notice where we are within it.

Right in the centre.

Allowing ourselves to be exactly as we are.
Allowing the storm to be exactly as it is.

Not denying.
Not explaining.
Not trying to change the actuality of the experience.

Neither fighting the storm
nor escaping the void.

What fertile soil this is.

A place for shedding.
For honesty.
For beauty.
For love.

An invitation to go deeper into the truth of experience…where nothing is resisted,nothing is denied, and everything is allowed to be explored.

It really can be such a thing of beauty.
