Over the past few weeks, I’ve been simplifying how I create and share my products.

Rather than offering lots of different items at different times, I’ll now be working through a small collection of products across the coming months - all of which are things I use myself and return to seasonally.

Each month within the subscription includes:

– an amber glass candle (one of my most popular blends)
– a smaller version of the month’s product
– the option to top up to full size or order extras
– a seasonal newsletter, with a QR code linking to a relevant recording

The recordings vary - sometimes a guided relaxation, sometimes music, sometimes something simple to listen to, all created to support a sense of groundedness and help you reconnect with your own pace in life.

From May through to the end of the year, I’ll be creating for subscribers:

– Peppermint foot balm
– Face serum
– Aloe & seaweed cooling gel
– Lemongrass anti-bug cream
– Face cleansing balm
– Space clearing blend
– Face cream
– Winter support hand & body cream

Everything is made in small, planned batches, with a limited number of extras available each month.

This feels like a much more intentional way of working and creating what is used, when it’s needed, and without excess.

A quieter Quiet Hour this morning, and that felt right.

For some, it will have been a morning for extra sleep. For others, a slower start. And for one, joining partway through after an early Bootcamp class. It fits around real life, which is exactly how it’s intended.

My alarm went off and, if I’m honest, I didn’t want to get up. I could have easily stayed in bed as I was sound asleep.

But within that hour I’ve had a bath, got ready, and had the space to think clearly about where to place my energy today.

I have a two-hour peer support meeting shortly, and I’m going into that knowing where I am and not carrying that underlying pressure or mental noise of what I am to do after. I am clear.

That’s the purpose of the Quiet Hour.

It isn’t about attendance…It’s about making a conscious decision to give yourself what you need at the start of the day if that feels aligned for the current day.

Sometimes that is sleep and sometimes it’s getting up and creating a bit of space.

Often, it’s a blend of both over time.

If it’s something you’d like to try, you’re always welcome to join in whatever way fits your morning.

We meet audio only live on a Monday and Friday 6.30am-7.30am and the cost is as little as £10 a month to cover a minimum of 8 session.

I’m currently considering running a 3-week live version of my Healthy Energy, Healthy Weight hypnotherapy programme.

This is a practical, structured way to support your relationship with food, movement, and energy, without restriction or pressure.

The programme includes a full online package (£75) which you keep, with:
• Hypnotherapy for healthy eating
• Sugar reduction support
• Ease into movement
• Sleep support
• Yoga Nidra
• Reflection tools

Alongside this, there is an optional 3-week live group and is included in the above costs. For those who already have the package, the cost for this live programme is £25.

From experience, many people have the resources but don’t always use them. The live element provides a simple structure to engage with it properly and see the benefit.

I’m planning to start in just over a week if there is enough interest.

Sunday Soother Nervous System Reset - Audio Only online (recorded for replay)

Many of us carry a level of background stress that builds across the week. Even when things appear manageable, the body can remain in a state of tension and alertness.

This 45-minute session is designed to support your system to settle.

We’ll use guided relaxation, simple breath awareness and gentle visualisation to help reduce mental and physical strain, and allow the body to shift into a calmer state.

There will also be a short reflective element, giving you space to notice what supports you personally and how you might bring more of that into your week.

This is not about changing anything or working on specific problems.

It is simply an opportunity to pause, reset, and give your system the conditions it needs to recover.

Most people leave feeling more settled, clearer in their thinking, and less physically tense.

If your week has felt full, this can be a useful point to pause and reset.

I was thinking this morning about how often we say we don’t have time to look after ourselves.

And sometimes that’s true.

But often, it’s not time that’s missing…it’s clarity.

When things feel a bit unclear or unsettled, it’s hard to know where to begin. So we leave it, or do a bit of everything, and nothing really changes.

What I’ve found, both personally and in my work, is that it usually comes back to very simple things.

💧 Drinking enough water.
☺️ Having a space that feels calm enough to sit in.
🌲Letting the body rest without turning it into something to get right.
💜Noticing how we speak to ourselves.
💕Doing one thing at a time.

Not big changes, just clear ones.

That’s the basis of the Foundational Balance six-week programme I’m opening in April.

It’s not about doing more, it’s
about getting clearer on what actually supports you, and building habits around that.

I’ll be making a decision soon about whether it runs this time.
