Many of you will know that I write a weekly newsletter and have been doing so for a long time now. In its current incarnation it is a reflection of my take on the experience of being human, and various aspects of my travels. Hence the name and the beautiful logo designed by the beautiful and talented 🙏🏽
This week it has been a much more personal expression of my lived experience from start to finish. Something that has surprised me. Which has led me to realise, that what is actually occurring is a deeper expression of LOVE. I felt it so very clearly as I recorded the audio version, and the words – acting like codes – naturally created an opening within, making my heart sing. 💖 🎶
A re-minder for anyone who needs to hear this, that our words can harm or our words can heal. And that every moment of every day we are casting spells with the words that we choose and the energetic intention behind them. Including – and most especially – the words which we choose to use towards ourselves. 🙈
If ever in doubt, there is always the opportunity to embrace the wisdom of saying nothing at all.

For focusing on LOVE, and from LOVE, enables us all, to have a much more compassionate view. 😍
