I love working in , we have the most lovely customers and it is fantastic to be able to help them with holistic health.

Conscious connected breathwork and sound baths don’t lend themselves to the shop environment. So I am excited to be working with to bring a full conscious connected breath session followed by beautiful crystal bowl sound next Friday 24th April 6.30 at the Hub. Grab your ticket whilst there are still a few left.

I’ve been doing Carin’s strength training for about 5 months now and I am loving the difference.

Yes I feel more toned but it’s what’s happening underneath that fills me with excitement too.

Here are just some of the benefits of strength training:

- Your nervous system regulates; lifting is a legitimate tool for stress resilience. Your body learns to respond, recover, and reset

- I know it’s great for my hormones - strength training supports insulin sensitivity, which is a game-changer for hormonal conditions like PCOS, blood sugar balance, and mood swings

- Your sleep improves - because a well-worked body is a well-rested body

Carin’s strength training in particular, for me has been about so much more than that, about community, about having a break in the day which can get lonely when you’re home alone and about supporting my body beyond the good food and the breathwork that I love.

Because it’s never one pill, one supplement or one thing that helps us to optimal health but about the small things that add up ❤️💕💪💪💪

And that’s why I love to share this powerful healing modality.

Many of us don’t like to, or aren’t always able to, put ourselves first.

But those that do, they benefit from 2 hours dedicated to themselves, to self care, to self discovery in a warm, supportive environment.

My upcoming workshops are this Wednesday in Tonbridge and Next Friday 24th April in Oxted blended with Sound. Just a few spaces remaining for each workshop. 💕

I’d love for everyone to try it just once! I have two great opportunities coming up.

Next Wednesday I have a few last spaces for my monthly Tonbridge workshop.

Then on Friday 24th April I’m excited to be collaborating with to bring the wonders of breath and sound to the people of Oxted.

We all store those emotions we didn’t feel safe to express at the time.

They can shape who we become.

Conscious connected breathwork creates a safe space to open up to what has been held. Sometimes for years. No need to analyse, just feel and let go.

We never know what will come up during a breath session. But we do know that the body knows what’s just right for us as that time.

So often people feel much lighter, letting go of what we’ve held on to can be very empowering. ❤️💕

Your breath.

Not just day to day breathing. Conscious connected breathwork allows us to go much deeper than relaxation. It works directly with the nervous system, your stored emotions and your body’s innate ability to heal.

For me it has been life changing, I now love to share this gift.

Want to know more? My next workshop is on Wednesday 15th April in Tonbridge. Link in bio to book.

Get outside, breathe deep and appreciate. And tell me how you feel. ❤️💕

For me it always calms me down, that early morning sunlight is also a great way to set your circadian rhythm for the day supporting sleep and calming stress. sunlight

So many reasons why I live eggs for breakfast.

They’re so quick, easy and versatile.

They give you fats and protein which help to balance energy for the day and synthesise your neurotransmitters and hormones.

They’re packed full of choline which helps to produce acetylcholine, a neurotransmitter important for mood, memory and learning.

What’s not to love. Go organic if you can. awareness week
