Merry Christmas 🎅. May the holiday period bring just what you need right now.

I couldn’t have imagined that 20 years on we’d both still love to travel, to spend time together, to explore new cultures and just chill and soak up whatever’s going on around us. Thank you for such a fabulous few days away 💕❤️

Back home now and time to get my head around Christmas. 🎄

Delicious food, great walks, morning swims, amazing , outstanding service, lots of breathing and wonderful guests.

Just pause and notice, how do you breathe at work? How do you breathe when you’re exercising? How do you breathe at the end of a busy day?

The first step in any change is first to become aware.

Once you’re aware you can the start with small steps towards change.

The more I learn about the breath the more I realise how wonderfully amazing our bodies are.

Our bodies are always adjusting to keep us in balance.

In today’s environment this is more than a full time job. But by consciously taking control of our breath for just 5 minutes we can switch out of a stressed state into calm.

I’m still waiting to find a better more cost effective health hack!!
