I've been taking a bit of a break from yoga since Christmas to focus on my 'normal' job and give myself a bit of a rest...
However! I always answer the call when these incredible woman from the British army volleyball squad ask me for a session! It was a delight to head over to the Garrison last week and take them through a slow, steady, relaxing class after some intense training, setting up their mind and body before the crown championship at the weekend and generally having a bit of a laugh in the process!
I'm super delighted to say they won!!! 🏐💪 Go on ladies! 🙌
