I run the Slimming World group at the Village Hotel Sa1, Swansea. Free parking & free refreshments. The group is currently Monday 5.30pm but from January 1st 2026 it's moving to Thursday. A brand new Saturday morning group launches 7.30am on January 3rd. I feel so lucky i get to support members on their weight loss journey & help make great lifestyle changes to form new healthy habits. I have been a consultant for 26 years & still love every minute of working with members. In group there is so much learning, help & support, top tips shared & recipes swapped.
