Parents-to-be across the CTM area can now access their maternity records digitally via the Badger Notes app.

The new system gives pregnant women and birthing people secure, real-time access to their maternity information directly from their phone, tablet or computer.

Through the app, expectant parents can view appointment details, test results, scan reports and notes entered by their midwife or healthcare team. Information is updated in real time, helping families stay informed throughout pregnancy, birth and the postnatal period.

The app will be rolled out in two phases. From today, 17 March 2026 anyone registering a new pregnancy will use the new system. Anyone who has already registered a pregnancy before this date, will have access to the system later in the summer.
