Here's some data that we collect from our systems in the surgery.
Unfortunately due to an upgrade to the telephone system during June the data is not 100% correct but it still gives an idea of the number of telephone calls that are answered at the practice. Now that our new telephone systems has bedded in, we can now expect more a accurate data collection.
The DNA rate ( did not attend ) during these 2 months is extremely high and Unfortunately all these appointments went to waste.
