‼️ What does this mean for patients ‼️

✅️patients can book appointments online and beat the phone queues any time of the day or night
✅️patients can order Repeat prescriptions online without the need to telephone or visit the surgery or Pharmacy any time of the day or night
✅️patients can check what appointments are pre-booked
And in the future there are plans for patients to have access to much more via the app!
❓️Why not sign up ASAP ❓️
🚦All you need to your NHS number available from the surgery, am email address and a form of identification, patients who don't have the identification required you can sign up at the surgery .

📢 Patient Notice 📢
💻Penygraig surgery is now live and able to send your repeat prescriptions Electronically to your nominated Pharmacy.
❓️What does this mean for patients ❓️

✅️It means that there is an electronic tracking system in place to ensure your prescription does not get lost!
✅️ it means there should be a quicker service for patients to collect their prescription from the pharmacy !
✅️ it means patients no longer need to visit the surgery and pharmacy multiple times to order and collect prescription requests!
✅️ it means that between patients and the surgery we are helping to reduce paper, reduce time and reduce costs upon the NHS

‼️ sign up ASAP and make use of this service ‼️
