We’ve been waiting for some nice weather to do a video showing off our new studios.
This is the start of a new chapter for Louise and I. The universe has delivered it at the perfect time with the recent change to our family situation.
I’ve been stuck on just over 1,950 followers for about 6 months now and would love to hit 2k.

Deep tissue sports massage
30 minute treatment - £20 (ideal for a specific single area e.g. shoulder)
60 minute treatment - £35 (ideal for a wider area e.g. upper or lower body; or a lighter full body maintenance treatment)
90 minute treatment - £50 (ideal for a full body treatment; allows time to work on specific areas during a wider full body treatment)
120 minute treatment - £65 (ideal for an in-depth full body treatment working on multiple areas
Dry Needling - additional cost of £5
Pay in advance 6 hours of treatment - £175
Manual lymphatic drainage Surgery package - £200 (1 hour pre surgery and 6 hours post surgery)
Prices will be increasing from April 2026.
