We would like to thank you for your understanding over the past few days when we have had no computer system.

We will switch over to our new clinical system today.

As this system is new to all our staff we will be continuing to work at a reduced capacity, offering appointments on an emergency only service for the remainder of this week.

We can accept prescription requests again, but we would like to remind you that our prescription policy is 48 hours for repeat prescriptions.

We would ask for your ongoing patience and understanding as our staff learn this new clinical system. Phone calls and requests may take more time than normal to process.

We apologise again for this disruption and inconvenience, and thank you for your understanding during this transition.

🚨🚨 Important notice 🚨🚨

We will be changing our computer clinical sustem between Friday 15th August and Tuesday 19th August.

This will unfortunately cause unavoidable disruption to our services, with all our staff operating on a reduced, emergency capacity only during these dates.

Please make sure you have enough medication to cover this period, and if it is due to run out, please contact reception as soon as possible to order your repeat prescription.
