Our new schedule with a few changes coming into the Spring/ Summer months! This will hopefully allow you to space your classes out across the week for both beginner and mixed classes.
Tues 10:30am mixed 50 min
Tues 6:15pm beginner 50 min
Tues 7:30pm mixed 1hr (fully booked)
Thurs 6pm beginner 50 min
Sat 12pm mixed 1hr (4 week block)
Classes are open to all!
As always it is encouraged to block book however, if your work pattern does not allow this or if you want to try different classes, drop in is also an option dependent on availability.
*Sat 12pm class is a mixed level class working on a mix of strength & mobility (4 week block - 18th April, 25th April, 2nd May, 16th May)
