Well… they’ve gone. 😢
The kids have flown the nest, the house is oddly tidy, and my emotions are like a rollercoaster with a dodgy safety bar.
So, what’s a Pilates-loving mum to do? THROW herself back into her first love (no, not Dave 😉)… PILATES 💪
