It is ok to be sad
It is ok to feel hurt
It is ok to feel lonely
It is ok to feel arghhh
It’s ok to have days where you want to be left alone .
It’s ok to feel scared to tell someone
It’s the hardest step .
It’s ok to begin to take small steps
It’s ok to start again
Every step is a step some go backwards some go forwards
Sometimes you will miss steps and feel like you have jumped
Sometimes you will feel you have taken a step back but these are all
Steps .
Everyone has a voice for a reason
Everyone has a purpose

World Mental Health Day is celebrated every year on 10 October. This year’s theme set by the World Federation of Mental Health is, “it’s time to prioritise mental health in the workplace”.
