The rise of obesity parallels the loss of ancestral wisdom. As we swapped real food for processed junk, cooking for convenience, and outdoor play for screen time, we shifted away from natural balance. These changes aren’t merely personal—they’re systemic, driven by industries prioritizing profits over public health.

Studies consistently show that diets rich in whole foods and natural fats correlate with lower rates of chronic disease, yet mainstream advice often pushes the opposite. The disconnect between tradition and modern health guidelines deserves scrutiny.

How can we reclaim the habits that once nurtured our health? What small changes can we make to honor the wisdom of our past? 🌱🍳

Ok this week I will put on some riddles to help the brain come out of the normal thinking mode. All to help stimulate your mind, without being too tricky. Next week they may be harder so enjoy and comment.

How would you like a day retreat by the sea in ?
I am going to be doing a series of 1 day retreats.


I am a stress and anxiety coach/therapist. I will be implementing some therapeutic techniques for the group as well as using fun activities to stimulate creative thinking.

If you would like to have less less
and have fun while doing it, come along for the day and have fun, bring a friend or meet new friends and enrich your life.

I use Creative Problem Solving using both physical and mental skills. You won't be doing exam style work just enjoyable ways to help you to use creative thinking.
Creative thinking can be a life skill you will be able develop for the rest of your life helping you to keep stress and anxiety under control.
Problems are part of life, so why not make it easier for yourself.
