Torpoint afc juniors Christmas Raffle is just around the corner — and we’re on the lookout for prize donations to make it a huge success! 🙌

Every year, our raffle helps raise vital funds for the club — supporting new equipment, facilities, and opportunities for players of all ages.

We’d be so grateful for any contributions, big or small — examples include:

The last thing you want to do is get up quickly... during/after a massage, your circulation will enhance, which can lead to you feeling a little lightheaded.

Instead:
🖤 Take a deep breath
🖤 Have a little stretch
🖤 Take your time sitting and standing up
🖤 Have a drink of water.

There is no rush at the end of your session ☺️
