It's been a while since I've had to post about my cancellation policy.

However, I have been let down multiple times lately, I do understand life can get busy and can bring unexpected situations 😣
All I ask is to be notified ASAP if you will not be attending your session, within good reason.

🖤 If you have an actual emergency, I will not ask for payment.
🖤 Any other reason, I will be asking for some kind of payment, whether it's full or half.
🖤 If I ask for payment and you do not pay, I will not rebook another session until this payment is paid prior.

If this becomes a regular situation, I will be forced to ask for a deposit when you book.

Q. How long should the first session be?
A. My preference is a one hour session because it gives me enough time to warm your muscles, find your trigger points (my own little treasure hunt 😏), and then get to work massaging the tension away. I like to be thorough when it comes to easing your pain 😊

From there, together we can decide on how long your next session needs to be.
45 minutes - £35
60 minutes - £45
90 minutes - £65
