I was very pleased with my training walk last Saturday from home in Torquay, along the coast path to The Guardhouson Cafe Berry Head. I said I would meet our visiting friends at about 1pm for lunch and arrived at one minute past, exactly 4 hours after I left home. This was goal setting at it’s best, it certainly spurred me to keep going and not stop en route! Thank you so much to everybody who has supported me so far.
