I’ve been very honoured to be asked to do a session on the benefits of mindfulness, and massage techniques to help with stopping smoking. My beautiful mumma Debbie Fitzgerald will also be with me for some of the session to discuss the links of smoking to cancer. All are welcome (even if you don’t smoke.)

Next meeting Mon 27th Jan 6pm at The Royal Lyceum Theatre Abbey Road; Mindfulness Massage by Alexis Walker in relation to stopping smoking and other additions/ health issues. She will the discussing the benefits of massage and easy techniques that can be done on yourself to help when cravings hit.
