We can learn to protect our emotional wellbeing and take good care of ourselves so that we feel stronger and more prepared for the challenges we face.

Stress leads to burnout
This can be avoided by changing our old habits and recognising the signs.
Burnout is often underestimated. It is a serious condition that can have physical and psychological consequences.
Often we think having a holiday will fix things but thats just a short term fix.

Imagine a bottle of water over spilling from a constant drip. Just pouring out a tiny bit of the water at the top and expecting it not to fill back up. If there’s a tap still dripping into the bottle it won’t be long until It overspills again.
We need to fully empty the bottle and fix the drip.

Burnout will keep coming back until we learn to do things differently.

Thats why I designed the drift model a 3 month transformational program.
I only work with 5 clients on a 121 basis at any one time so that I dedicate my time to you to help you feel better and create transformation.

I understand first hand how debilitating burnout can be and I’m here to hold space and help you.

7 Things I’ve Learned in My 40s

Embracing Change: I’ve accepted that I’m no longer the person I was, and that’s okay. Growing older means evolving into a more authentic version of myself.

Speaking My Truth: I’m no longer afraid to speak my truth. I’m at peace with who I am, and I have the confidence to express my needs.

Boundaries: I now recognise what I need to live a happy, peaceful life, and I’ve learned to set boundaries that protect my well-being.

Self-Acceptance: I accept all parts of me, I embrace every step of my journey because it’s made me who I am today.

Honoring My Inner Child: I recognise my inner child and know she needs to be spoken to with kindness and compassion.

Self-Talk: I’ve learned to silence the constant chatter in my mind. As wonderful as my brain is, it’s just an organ. I realise I am not my thoughts, my thoughts don’t define me.

Prioritising Self-Care: I’ve learned that protecting my mental and physical health is essential. The choices I make today the habits I build, and the way I care for my body and mind will significantly impact how I age.

In my 40s, I’ve grown, evolved, and learned to respect myself more than ever.

After 11 weeks, I finally ventured out of the house on my own—no crutches needed. While it was liberating, I was surprised by how unexpectedly vulnerable I felt, a feeling I never anticipated when I first injured myself.

These past few months have been a powerful reminder of the importance of staying strong and supple. It’s made me appreciate my health more than ever and reminded me not to take anything for granted.

We all have so much more power than we think we do.

Before you reach for your phone in the morning or jump out of bed. Stop and take a moment for yourself. No matter how rushed you are, set your intention to make a shift.

Close your eyes and visualize how an abundant person thinks, walks, and acts. Decide right then: How will you be today? How will you handle difficulties how will you be at dinner, or sitting in traffic, or meetings? think about the interactions you are going to have.

Imagine how an abundant person acts, talks, walks, and breathes. Picture yourself as that abundant person in every circumstance.

Write it down. Keep doing this with clear intention. Fire and wire these thoughts into your brain with focus and attention, creating new neural pathways. This is how we shape our destiny.

When you’re fully present, your brain can’t distinguish between reality and rehearsal. This rehearsal process convinces your brain that you’ve already achieved your goals. Condition your body to step into the version of you that you aspire to be.

Remember, a belief is just a thought you’ve reinforced over and over again.

Start your day with purpose. Shape your future.
