Millie came to see me 1 year ago today to start her weight loss journey so she could meet the criteria to apply for the Navy.

Today she has exceeded her 3 stone target, dropped an incredible 15 inches around her waist and has improved her physical activity by an incredible amount!

Millie is now ready for her physical assessment in 2 weeks time, her consistency has certainly paid off!

There have been some obstacles and hurdles at times but together we have navigated around them and now the results show for themselves 👏🏻

Well done, Millie! ✨
