2022: I was obese, struggling silently with anxiety, depression, and PCOS. Every day felt like a mountain I couldn't climb.

2025: I just ran my FIRST 10K. 🏃‍♀️💪

It’s hard to put into words what this journey has meant. I didn’t just lose 4 stone - I gained strength, confidence, mental clarity, and a sense of self-worth I never thought I’d feel again.

To anyone out there feeling stuck, lost, or broken — please know that transformation is possible. Healing is possible. You are possible 🥰
