โ˜๏ธ Watching the clouds go by this morning when it was my turn for Reflexology โ˜๏ธ Do you ever look up when you are in my Reflexology chair? Watching the stars โœจ at night and the blue sky in the day is also lovely ๐Ÿ”†.

Notice how your shoulders feel right now. Notice your posture and how youโ€™re holding yourself. Are they feeling tense, lifted, holding stress?

Reflexology interacts with the nervous system by using pressure on reflex points on the feet, hands or face to stimulate the corresponding body part. Activating the parasympathetic nervous system (rest & digest) to reduce stress, lower heart rate, lower cortisol, lower blood pressure and promote deep relaxation. Effectively shifting the body from "fight-or-flight" the sympathetic nervous system to a calmer state, offering relief from anxiety and chronic stress.ย

I am back to a full week with clients so keeping me busy already thank you. ๐Ÿ™

I have some availability towards the end of the month so please reach out if you would like to try something new or if you haven't been for a while and want to get back into Reflexology you are always welcome ๐Ÿค—. If you have gift vouchers please use them too.

It's very chilly โ„๏ธ here but the heating is keeping us warm, cosy electric blankets and lovely scents. The sun is also shining โ˜€๏ธ.

Hi everyone, I am back with clients over the next few days so available for anyone looking to book appointments for January 2026. I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas however you celebrated.

The days between Christmas and New Year can feel a little different in being slower, quieter, and often filled with mixed emotions. For some, itโ€™s a welcome pause. For others, it can bring tiredness, reflection, or pressure to โ€œresetโ€ before the year ahead.

You donโ€™t need to have big goals, deep reflections, or a perfectly planned New Year. Rest is productive and small moments of calm matter.

A few simple reminders for this week:

Itโ€™s okay to do less โ€” your energy may still be recovering

Notice what feels nourishing, not what feels obligatory

Take a break from comparison and expectations

Focus on small comforts: fresh air, movement, good food, connection

You donโ€™t need to rush into the next chapter. Let this space be a soft landing โ€” a moment to breathe before the year unfolds.
