My priority is to provide safe, confidential, non judgment space and my passion is to support people with whatever they are going through. I am here to help you to take one step at time to face, cope and overcome whatever challenging times you may be facing. I offer safe, non judgment and confidential space in which I offer support and guidance to help people go through difficult circumstances, overcome obstacles, grow awareness- understanding and self connection, find the best way to move forward, start the process of healing, encourage personal growth and make positive changes. Next chapter coming soon- we are moving😊and so my counselling practice.

However before that I’d like to offer short term therapy based on CBT with reduced cost of -Ā£25, so I can continue doing what I love and support those who need it ā˜ŗļø

The past few months knowing that I am coming to the end of my private practice ( at least in this location) I am saying goodbye to lots of my beautiful clients as our therapeutic work coming towards the end.

I’d like to take the opportunity to say thank you to all my lovely clients I had the privilege to work with and be part of your each beautiful and unique journey.

I want to thank you for taking the opportunity to work with me over the last five years.
The courage, resilience and commitment I’ve seen, have been inspiring and it has been an absolute pleasure and joy to work with you all.
Now it is time for me to star a new chapter.
I’ll be definitely continuing to be a counsellor and work therapeutically with people just in different location and setting ā¤ļø

However before I move : I’d like to offer help/ support for those who are interested in short term therapy.

I am aware of the ongoing demand for thereapy and professional support where recently I had to turn down lots of new requests for therapy , which is upsetting, however I was thinking a lot about it and I came to the decision that before I move I’d like to offer CBT focused therapy sessions for those who need support in short term but for long lasting results.
This will allow me to support those in need in a short period of time with the focus of helping you build new balanced perceptions, perspective and understanding including strategies, techniques which will result with better coping and or overcoming existing and new issues.

It’s about:
Help you to build your ā€œ personalised tool boxā€.

My favourite saying is ā€œis not what you look at that matters, it’s what you seeā€.

Also I was thinking about the raising cost of living and how many people who would like to get some support unfortunately can’t afford it.
Therefore I try to reduce the cost of counselling sessions as much as I can and offer ( hopefully) affordable therapy for those who would like to try and who will benefit from having support in the short term.

I can offer counselling sessions ( online, face to face or telephone call )
Ā£25 for 45min sessions.
First assessments session- 60 min long (same cost).

Therapy is a tool for personal growth.

Therapy helps address the deep motivation and fear that Secretly governs our lives.
Therapy helps recognise and work on our mental flaws and failings.

We all are unique designed and all have a unique internal program - Our beliefs, heritage, views of the world, others and ourselves, our preferences, likes, dislikes, fears, strengths, weaknesses, our way of being-
Often some or most of this is outside of our
Consciousness. Therefore we are not aware of who we truly are, of the different parts of ourselves. Therefore we don’t know how to use these internal tools we have in order to overcome difficult life situations, recover from traumatic experiences, heal, adapt to new situations, how to achieve our goals and leave the life we want!
Having an unconscious program is like living in the dark!
Our life decisions, choices, dealing with life situations, and our action will be influenced by the program and conditioning that we received throughout our life as a result of difficult life experiences, trauma, education, family circumstances and many more.
If we are not engaged in the journey of self understanding and discovery then this will be the dominant forces in action that we took.
Therapy can change that:
- It helps heal and recover from past difficult experiences.
- Helps us to understand how we can become the person that we are required to be due to the circumstances of our lives.
- Helps Overcome, cope or adapt to new life situations, illness, lose of loved one, problems in relationship, breakdown of family etc.
- Helps to achieve our goals, Get the job we won’t have the relationship we wish to have and live the life we always wanted.

In therapy we have the support and guidance towards growing awareness understanding our emotions, thoughts and behaviour.
Therapy helps us to understand who we truly are and how we respond to challenges we face in our life.
Therapy is a necessary component of ongoing growth.
